The Orthopedic Institute of New Jersey (OINJ) is pleased to announce the addition of a new urgent care facility to our Hackettstown office. Conveniently located on 108 Bilby Road, Suite 201, with ample parking, the office is open Monday through Friday for both walk-in and scheduled appointments.
“We are proud that we are going to be able to provide immediate orthopedic care in the Hackettstown area, because your best option in the case of a non-life threatening orthopedic emergency is to go directly to the best orthopedic specialist you can, as quickly as you can,” says Paul Teja, DO, Managing Partner and OINJ orthopedic surgeon. “This Orthopedic Urgent Care in Warren County will be staffed by many physicians, each with a sub-specialty within orthopedics.”
William Sayde, MD, one of the sports medicine sub-specialists who will be available at the new facility, says, “We will be here to provide care at that critical time the injury or problem arises — when your child is hurt on the soccer field, or when you hurt your ankle falling off the ladder cleaning the gutters, or you have a nagging ache that just won’t heal. You won’t have to deal with the emergency room — you can skip that step and come right to the essential care you need.”
The physicians at the new location include Dr. Sayde and Rehan Shamim, MD, who both specialize in sports medicine; Dr. Teja, who specializes in occupational medicine; Behnam Salari, DO, who specializes in minimally invasive spine surgery; John Dundon, MD, a total joint and hip preservation specialist, and Kevin White, DO, who specializes in foot and ankle surgery. The comprehensive expertise of all the physicians in the extended practice is available to them when determining the best course of treatment for their patients.
With nine office locations in northern New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania, OINJ is able to service patients from Milford, PA, to Elizabeth, NJ. OINJ is known for its orthopedic expertise, targeted, innovative treatment, attentiveness to patients and efficient and organized staff. The Urgent Care is added to our existing location at:
108 Bilby Road, Suite 201, Hackettstown, NJ 07840
The office accepts most insurance plans, and the staff has privileges at the Atlantic Health System.

Chronic back pain makes everyday life difficult and stressful, and sudden back pain can feel as if it completely incapacitates you. And if you or your pediatrician notice a curvature in your child’s spine that can signify scoliosis, there can seem to be no end to the worry. You can relax, because the focused, specific care you need is here, at the Spine Center at The...Read more
