Meet Our Specialists

indi-docGretchen Proctor, OT has been an occupational therapist (OT) since 1982 and a certified hand therapist (CHT) since 1993. She has worked in a variety of settings including inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation. Proctor has had the opportunity to work closely with notable hand surgeons in NY and NJ, and has extensive knowledge and understanding of surgery, postoperative care and protocols for progressing the rehabilitation process.

indi-docMichael Kim MS, OTR/L has worked in private offices of renowned hand and upper extremity (UE) orthopedic specialists throughout the NY/NJ area since 1997, including Columbia/NYU/Hospital (??) for special surgery. He specializes in evaluating and treating all disorders of the UE to help clients achieve maximal function and performance.
