Hackettstown, NJ – A new service that The Orthopedic Institute of New Jersey is offering is a program designed to help Athletic Directors with their coaches training requirements. Members of the training staff of the Practice are now available to come out to a school and train each season’s coaches in First Aid/CPR/AED, concussion education, and heat acclimatization training to fulfill those segments of the NJSIAA requirements. A number of schools have already taken advantage of this opportunity. This new service allows an AD to get a majority of a season’s coaches training requirements done in one day. AD’s will be provided with copies of the certificates for each coach so that they can be kept on file and AD’s will no longer have to track down individual coaches to verify that they have their certificates. This program is available for coaches of all sports, regardless of the season. The Practice has also been presenting programs dealing with On field Management of C-Spine injuries as well as Knee Injury Prevention Programs.
For more information about any of these programs, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 908-684-3005.

And if you or your pediatrician notice a curvature in your child’s spine that can signify scoliosis, there can seem to be no end to the worry. You can relax, because the focused, specific care you need is here, at the Spine Center at The...Read more
